A plain-language summary of how AfterHours Relay handles information from business enquiries and the technical data needed to operate this site.
Information we receive
When you submit the website form or email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your optional name and trade, business name, website, email address, message, the page or source label that led to the form, and later correspondence.
Our hosting and email providers may process basic technical and security information needed to deliver the site and messages, such as timestamps, IP addresses, request details, delivery events, and abuse-prevention signals.
How we use it
We use business enquiry information to respond, prepare a requested public-path review, assess service fit, preserve correspondence and opt-out evidence, prevent abuse, and operate or improve AfterHours Relay.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use enquiry information to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry and business records only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, service evaluation, legal or compliance records, dispute prevention, and opt-out suppression. Opt-out information may be retained so the request can continue to be honored.
We use reasonable access and account-security controls, but no internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send sensitive identity, banking, health, customer, or credential information unless a verified service process specifically requires it.
Your choices
You may ask what enquiry information we hold about you, request a reasonable correction or deletion, or opt out of further marketing email by writing to pilot@afterhoursrelay.com. Some records may be kept where required for legal, security, accounting, dispute, or suppression purposes.
AfterHours Relay is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children.
